What is a UFO? An Unidentified Flying Object, as the name suggests, is an object or phenomenon seen in the sky that cannot be identified or explained. Depending on who you ask, the term could refer to anything from alien spacecraft, to weather balloons and military drones, to smudges and light on the camera lens. World UFO Day is an awareness day celebrated by some on June 24 and by others on July 2, discussing and debating UFOs.

But while the existence of flying saucers and aliens is questioned, there is plenty to discover about space!
