Did you know the United States has 50 states? That’s a lot and each state is special. For example, California, where you are now, is a big state on the West Coast. California Missions were built a long time ago here in California. There are 21 missions along the coast, including one real close: Mission Santa Clara de Asís. They’re old buildings with cool stories and beautiful gardens. Learn about them online with California Missions ebooks before or after you visit them.
When we learn about geography, we can look at maps to find where states and missions are. You can even make your own map showing your favorite places!
